Authentic Mexican foodThe food at this restaurant is delicious! When we sat down we were given tortilla chips with salsa and we shared a breakfast burrito filled with egg, chorizo and bean (which was delicious) and a steak enchilada. The food was super tasty, the service was friendly and it was incredibly good value!

This place is the best place to eat! Not only in Willcox but all of the State of Arizona! If you go you got to try the molcajete.

We like to eat there because the food is so yummy. The staff is very polite and friendly. Only 30 minutes from home. Went today for my husband's birthday supper.

I think this is the best restaurant in town. Real authentic Mexican food. The service is also okay I think they don't have enough staff but the food is great. Delicious flour tortillas and soda from a glass bottle. You can also order ahead of time which is nice.

Absolutely delicious!!! Even the tortilla chips were outstanding! Very friendly service and reasonable prices. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back.

All I can say is WOW! Tortillas and chips are fantastic and reasonably priced. Asada is excellent and the deep fried bacon wrapped shrimp is nuts. Can’t wait to work through the menu!

My family and I had a great dinner here after spending the day at one of the National Monuments a short drive away. I would imagine it stacks up as one of the best mom and pops joints in town.

Wow! Great food and super friendly folks. We got there early and then the place filled up with locals who knew how great the food was. Be careful. The Cadillac Margaritas are LARGE. And very tasty.It's our second time here and it doesn't disappoint. Yummy.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I've had the pleasure of dinning at. If you ever find yourself near Willcox, Arizona La Unica Restaurant is a must eat at regardless of what time of day is; if it's open stop in and have a bite. I've only had dinner there but I here that breakfast & lunch is just as good, remember to bring your appetite with you. My brother said they make good drinks there also. ujik

Food was ok, service was so so... seems they just didn't have any enthusiasm for the job, not many people there and we had to wait for the bill until the waiter noticed we weren't eating anymore...Show a little more attention to details!

After trip to Willcox, this place showed up as highly recommended on Yelp and TripAdvisor. we parked and walked around the corner to the restaurant. They had no available indoor seating, but they had plenty of outdoor seating. Lisa and were taken care of well and quickly. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. I did not care for my chili relleno. It was definitely not one of the best I've ever eaten. The chili itself was almost crunchy and the coating was basically a cooked scrambled egg. Their salsa was absolutely fantastic, being heavy on the garlic, which smelled amazing. Their chips seemed to be fried and then grilled. Or perhaps grilled and then fried. The beans and rice were delicious.

Wonderful and delicious authentic Mexican food. Service was friendly and professional. I loved the barbacoa; perfect for my Keto diet. My husband also loved the freshly made tortillas!

Every time my family and I ordered, beef, chicken, or pork bowls, the flavor and amount of hot spices, always changed. And we ordered the same meal, Every time.We threw out a lot of the meals, into the garbage, that we ordered for take out.They were either way too spicy, or burnt, it tasteless.👎☠️The last time we bought dinners from La Unica, my wife and I got sick for three days. She missed work, because of it.🤮👎And, no, I wouldn't go there, ever again. A refund would be nice, but, I know it'll never happen.🙄

best mexican restaurant, our server Michelle was very tentative polite and very friendly. My granddaughter and daughter love her my granddaughter even commented who nice is Michelle. Food is great!!My daughter said she will drive from Phoenix to have lunch here.

Amazing food. Looks a little hole-in-the-wall from outside, but inside is very nice. And if you were rating it by just the food, it’s the Taj Mahal! Great staff and good prices, but the food is ten star!

AMAZING tortillas and food! Huge portions, and the huarache is not to be missed. You get complimentary house made chips and salsa, which are some of the lightest and crispiest tortilla chips we've ever had - absolutely addictive. Food came out super fast, but it was also a slow Sunday so take that into account. Super friendly and attentive staff, and the prices can't be beat! We sat on the patio to enjoy the nice summer day. Not a 5 star restaurant but you can't argue with the food and service.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time!!!! The building is not much to look at but that doesn’t matter to me cause the service was fantastic (super friendly), the food was excellent, the price was great and bonus off to the side you can purchase fresh tortillas. Hands down it instantly turned into my favorite place to eat! I highly recommend checking it out!
